I wish I could look at the world through rose-colored glasses like many do. I have prayed that the glass I drink from is half full. And wouldn’t it be great if I didn’t have the desire to pluck the ace of spades from the house of cards? But that’s my reality… I will always push the boundaries. I will always question my purpose. I may be skeptical but at least I do it with a smile and a sense of humor about myself.

I was given a book as a gift this Christmas. Written in the 60s, it claims that 300 days out of the year there are blue skies over head. i plan to put this to a test. so day by day i will attempt to give a blue sky report. i love this city that i moved to a year ago and am continuing to enjoy exploring it’s hidden treasures with the ones i love.
