I wish I could look at the world through rose-colored glasses like many do. I have prayed that the glass I drink from is half full. And wouldn’t it be great if I didn’t have the desire to pluck the ace of spades from the house of cards? But that’s my reality… I will always push the boundaries. I will always question my purpose. I may be skeptical but at least I do it with a smile and a sense of humor about myself.

Tilden at the Manhattan Club in New York City. And the cocktail was named after the bar.” Sipping this cocktail with historic roots makes me feel so grown up and connected with the past. My preference is to not have it in a cocktail glass, but on the rocks. cocktail glasses seem too snooty. So next time you want to order a drink for me… get this lady a manhattan on the rocks.
